FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What information do you need to quote a coating plant?
Your estimated production capacity, factory dimensions (L × W × H), heating source (gas, thermic oil, steam or electric), electrical supply (380/415/440 V), desired coating style (palm, knuckle or full), and your knitting machine count and brand. With samples, we can prepare a detailed proposal.
What is your glove production capacity and MOQ?
Our factories produce up to 1.2 million pairs per month on 100+ SHIMA SEIKI knitting machines. Minimums depend on construction and coating — contact sales with your target specification for exact MOQs and lead times.
Do you support OEM / private label programmes?
Yes. Knitting, coating, heat-transfer printing, dot printing and individual retail packaging are all in-house, so we can run complete private-label programmes under one roof.
Which regions do you export to?
We have exported since 2001 to Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan, the U.A.E and across Asia including Sri Lanka. Machinery projects include installation and commissioning on site.
Do you provide after-sales support for machinery?
Yes — spare parts (PLC, inverters, sensors, mechanical and pneumatic components), remote diagnostics and engineer dispatch. We recommend customers have a technician able to handle robots and PLC for robotic plants.
Are your PU coatings silicone-free?
Yes. Our PU chemistry (including TG-1020 glove-grade polyurethane) is silicone-free in white, grey and touchscreen black — safe for paint shops and electronics assembly.
